In terms of basic amenities on offer, Otsego stands out for its quality of education. There are around 20 schools in or near Otsego and most of them are highly-rated. Some top schools include St. Michael-Albertville Middle School East, Elk River High School, Big Woods Elementary School, and Fieldstone Elementary School. So, it’s a perfect place to live if you have kids and are looking for a suburban neighborhood with a quality school in its vicinity. Grace Church and Christ Church Otsego are two of the major churches in town.
Events
While Otsego remains fairly quiet and peaceful throughout the year, the town lights up every year when it plays host to the Otsego Prarie Festival and Car Show. It’s an entertaining affair with numerous activities to engage in and food vendors serving up some delicious food.
